Payment & Cancellation Policy
- All rates indicated are NETT rates and include mandatory charges of prevailing service charge and prevailing government taxes.

Other Terms
- For any properties in Malaysia, the Sales and Services Tax (SST) of 8% as required by the federal government of Malaysia will be levied on guests' daily bill with effect on overnight stays from 1st March 2024.
- For any properties in Malaysia, the Tourism Tax (TTx) of MYR10.00 NETT per room per night as required by the federal government of Malaysia is applicable to all non-Malaysian tourists and is to be collected upon check-in.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the English and non-English language versions, the English language version shall prevail.
