Refresh, Refuel and Recharge with the Brand New Oasia Residence in Singapore

SINGAPORE, February 2017 – Far East Hospitality (“FEH”), Singapore’s leading operator of hotels and serviced residences, has opened the doors to Oasia Residence in Singapore on 1 October 2016. This is the third property of the Oasia brand launched in 2016, following Oasia Suites Kuala Lumpur and Oasia Hotel Downtown in April.

Oasia Residence, Singapore is located in the west coast of Singapore, within close proximity to the business parks and education institutions in the area, meeting the rising demand for serviced residences in the vicinity where the current supply is relatively low.

The launch of Oasia Residence comes at an opportune time as the region continues to mature and there is more demand for serviced residences from both business and leisure travellers who seek wellness within the comfort and familiarity of a city.

Given the changing time zones, travel delays and meetings, business trips often leave travellers with little opportunity for wellness. The Oasia brand is uniquely designed to inspire and empower guests to refresh, refuel and recharge so that they can accomplish far more during their stay. Integrated into the Seahill residential development, the 140-unit Oasia Residence offers full-service apartments and facilities such as two swimming pools, a gymnasium and a tennis court for guests to enjoy.

With a total of 140 rooms, guests can pick from 38 Studios, 64 One-Bedroom or 38 Two-Bedroom apartments, allowing individual travellers, or guests travelling with colleagues or families to opt for the right space for their needs. Built to feel like a home away from home, facilities include a fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, living area and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Refuel and Recharge

Guests can refuel at The Living Room (Level 1) with 24-hr self-service coffee/tea, fruit-infused water, fresh fruits and snacks. A gymnasium is available 24-hours daily, allowing travellers to recharge and continue their fitness regime. The Aqua Gym and Outdoor Fitness Area on level one are other options for guests who prefer working out in the outdoors. Children can also stay active and be entertained at the children’s playground.

Refresh

Guests can refresh their mind and body at the massage pavilion, spa pavilion, or take a dip in the sea mist spa pool. In addition to the two outdoor swimming and lap pools on level one, Oasia Residence guests can also access the pool exclusive to the serviced residence on level seven. Travellers can complete the experience by inviting friends or colleagues to enjoy the barbeque pits or the function deck.
