Oasia Resort Sentosa is Far East Hospitality's first foray into the resort and spa category, and completes the homegrown company's ensemble of differentiated hotels in the Sentosa precinct, each catering to a specific market segment — Village Hotel Sentosa for families, The Outpost Hotel for couples, The Barracks Hotel for heritage aficionados, and Oasia Resort Sentosa which caters to a growing trend of wellness conscious travellers. The four unique hotels combines to offer a total room inventory of 1,030 keys.

Launching in tandem with Oasia Resort Sentosa is Oasia Spa, the integral feature of the resort and Far East Hospitality's first ever spa destination. Our foray into the resort and spa category with Oasia Resort Sentosa is a part of our company-wide transformation strategy to meet these new demands." said Mr Arthur Kiong, Chief Executive Officer of Far East Hospitality Management.

From the curated programmes to amenities, every offering in the resort and spa is designed to imprint on guests the importance of self-care. We look forward to taking guests through an all-encompassing wellness experience that will leave them rejuvenated and refreshed."

OASIA SPA

Oasia Spa at Oasia Resort Sentosa

Central to Oasia Resort Sentosa is Oasia Spa, the resort's sanctuary of healing and relaxation launching in tandem with the resort on 1 September 2021. The first spa destination by Far East Hospitality, Oasia Spa features full-body massages that combines the essence of traditional Thai massage, Japanese bodywork of shiatsu pressure points, and Indian massage techniques. The spa's holistic treatments also include specialised facial and grooming treatments, and guided breathing exercises to rejuvenate the body from head to toe.

Besides its myriad of Asian inspired treatments, Oasia Spa is home to a multitude of unprecedented offerings in Singapore. These exclusive features include being the first in Southeast Asia and Oceania to partner with KOTOSHINA to use and carry their widely acclaimed organic products, and the first to retail Australia's Biology Smart Skincare refillery (available from Q4 2021), amongst others.

The Full-Body Experience

To usher in the spa experience, guests will first be treated to Oasia Spa Signature Tea at the Tea Lounge, as the spa's therapist conducts a thorough assessment of the guest's needs and wants. Partnering with Pryce Tea, the Tea Lounge offers guests three unique tea blends that combine traditional Asian remedies with modern day herbs — "The Recharge" to recharge with its blend of organic green bush, lemongrass, galangal ginger, lavender, and licorice; "The Refresh" to refresh with white peony, lavender, lemon verbena, peppermint, and eucalyptus; and "The Refuel" to refuel with hojicha, lemon verbena, lavender, and eucalyptus.

Taking the spotlight amongst the variety of treatments is the spa's distinctive full-body therapeutic Oasia Signature Massage. Guests are first presented with a choice of three massage oils blended by a team of aromatherapists in Japan — each inspired by the natural elements of 'The Refresh', 'The Rejuvenate' and 'The Recharge', with a base of a luxurious blend of eight unique revitalising ingredients.

The pampering massage will first begin with a comforting foot bath to vivify tired feet. The therapist will then proceed to relieve tension and body stress using a unique style of massage that amalgamates the principles of traditional Thai massage, Japanese bodywork of shiatsu pressure points, and Indian massage techniques.

After completion of the treatment, guests can continue the restorative journey at the spa's Meditation Lounge. Engage in self-guided meditations, bask in forest essence dispersed through PhytonAir, or take in nutritious snacks from Whole Kitchen and the spa's homemade dehydrated fruits procured from UglyFood – the wellness options available at the lounge are plentiful.

Unique Offerings

In addition to being the first to partner with KOTOSHINA and the first to retail Australia's Biology Smart Skincare refillery, Oasia Spa is also the first hotel spa in Singapore to offer cryotherapy facial — pioneering the purifying facial that employs the controlled usage of extreme cold temperature to help shrink pores, tighten skin, and remove toxins and swelling, empowering skin renewal.

Beyond providing stellar products and treatments, Oasia Spa is the first in providing a peace of mind for guests with bacteria-free air using MedKlinn Cerafusion™ Technology, while also being the first to use PhytonAir, a specialised device to diffuse forest essence to replicate the benefits of Shinrin-yoku or 'forest bathing' therapy.
